If you need to cancel your account, you can do so by going to the APP login interface > Account Center > Cancel Account. We will complete the review and processing of your request within 15 business days.

13.2 Before submitting a request for account cancellation or data deletion, please carefully review the following information to facilitate our verification process and ensure no abnormal activity is detected:
(1) The account is in a safe state: The account is in normal use, and it is not in the period of illegal handling (meaning that the account is banned and other measures are taken for violating the relevant agreements and rules of the game), and there is no risk of being stolen or blocked.
(2) The account has not changed the password, modified the associated mobile phone, or bound the mobile phone record in the last month.
(3) The items and earnings in the game have been properly disposed of, if they are not handled, it will be considered that you have voluntarily given up.
(4) There are no outstanding orders in the account: including but not limited to recharge activities, ingots, diamonds, gold coins, props, etc.
(5) There are no disputes over the account: including complaints and reports, complaints and reports, arbitration, litigation and other disputes.

13.3 (1) In order to further protect your relevant legitimate rights and interests, we reserve the right to verify whether you meet the aforementioned conditions based on specific circumstances. 13.4 You shall ensure that you have the right to decide on the cancellation of the account and do not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.

13.5 You understand and agree that we will not be able to assist you in resuming the aforesaid services after your account is cancelled. Please back up the information and materials of this account that you want to keep before applying for cancellation.

13.6 After you cancel your account, you will no longer be able to use your account, and you will not be able to retrieve any content or information in or related to your account, including but not limited to:
(1) You will no longer be able to log in with this account.
(2) The personal information and historical information (including nickname, profile picture, message history, etc.) of your account cannot be retrieved.
